Our Growing Baby!

At almost 4 weeks Andrew is growing quickly.
He is just about out of newborn clothes and
ready for 0-3 month clothing. Here is one
of the 0-3. So cute!Just needed a close up of my cute son. Well, I'm a real messy eater! My mom calls me "milkshake face." I get my clothes wet so my
mom is trying out a bib on me.
All cuddled up in my bassinet.
My mom wanted a picture of me without clothes.
I think I'm almost ready for stage 1 diapers! Go Cougs! If you look closely there is a baby
Cougar on my shirt, with a football!
Dad and I are REAL busy on Saturday night.
Mom and Dad call this my "Jim Coss
onesie!" They like using these when it's
hot outside, keeps me cooler under my
jammies.
I can't believe that Andrew is almost 1 month
old!!! I feel like I was in the hospital yesterday,
time is FLYING! Slow down!

Week 3, 8lbs 10oz!

My friend Becca had Eleana about 3 1/2 weeks
before I had Drew. So, on Tuesday we had a
mommy and baby play date. As you can see
Drew was very dialed in. Ha! Becca and I love these
pictures cause it looks like Eleana could be
saying "hello friend, are you going to wake up?
I'd like to chat with you and maybe play." It's
great having a friend with a baby so close in
age! It gives me a chance to get out of the house
and eventually it'll give Drew a play buddy.
So sweet! I can't believe he's already 8lbs 10 oz.
He's gaining about a pound a week, which we're
all pleased with. He's quite the eater!
My sweet baby sleeps...
Umm, well, again our cats think all this new
stuff is for them. The good news is they check
it out and move on with their lives. They don't
spend anytime in the toys much beyond
sniffing around.
This one of Harper was taken at about 4am!
I was getting ready to feed Drew and sure enough
out in the kitchen there was Harper. Again,
he's over it now and has moved back to his
favorite spots.
Today Drew and Daddy spent quality time
watching football. It's exactly how I imagined it
to be. I was actually excited that Drew would
arrive when football season started cause I knew
it would give us plenty of holding time with
our newborn.
I love watching him work his binky, I think
it's so darn cute!
Well we were trying to get a picture of our little
angel in this outfit because he's about ready
to out grow it. This is the outfit we brought him
home from the hospital in and we just love
the way he looks in it, thanks Kora! I have
mixed emotions about him outgrowing his
newborn clothes. On one hand I'm thrilled he's
healthy and eating great. But on the other hand
it scares me how quickly he's changing and growing.
Unfortunately he doesn't care much for
having his diaper changed. He's like his
mommy and hates being cold! So we got him
at a very unhappy moment. He recovered
soon after and all was right with the world.

Some pictures from Grandma Moro

Just looking at my Grandpa Moro. When I'm
all swaddled up like this my dad calls me "little
burrito boy." Sound asleep.
My mom and I spend a lot of time catching up
on sleep.
What a sweet pea!

More of our blessing

Andrew is 2 weeks old today! He was weighed
yesterday and is 7lbs 110z, he's gained 1lb since
last week. I got a hand shake from the doc! Enjoy the
next few pictures, I thought they were cute.

Well, this isn't the cutest face ever but I thought
the outfit was adorable so decided to share it. I'm
guessing he's about ready to start crying, he's not
a fan of the diaper change. Does that go away??
Sweet pea.
Last Saturday we took my parents to Red Lodge where
the Yasenaks have a cabin. We decided to visit one of the steak
houses for lunch. After the tour my parents are ready
to move on out. I say do it!
As you can see by these next two pictures Norman
and Harper have adjusted just fine. Don't worry
Norman was quickly removed and does not
spend any time in Drew's bassinet.
But I thought it was cute nonetheless!
Harper stays close by Andrew...it's real cute.
Each time one of us kids was born
my dad brought a dozen flowers plus one yelllow to the hospital.
So, by the time Val arrived she had a dozen red roses
and three yellow ones. Well, as you will see the
tradition continued with their first Grandbaby.
I love this tradition and think it's the sweetest idea
ever! Thank you for sharing this lovely tradition with
my new family!
I had to say goodbye to parents today, it was REAL
hard. They have been a wonderful support to
Mike, Andrew and me and I wish they never had
to leave. Thank you for all you did and do for us.
We love you very much!

Bringing Home Baby

Napping on Grandma Londa. He LOVES his daddy so much and his daddy
takes amazing care of him. He is very helpful
and I couldn't have asked for a better partner
to share this journey with.

I love how he's resting on his arm, SO much love
for this little guy!!!!!
Hi mommy. I'm kind of waking up right now.
Grandma Patti and Drew admiring each other.
Proud Grandparents!!
Where's my mommy I'm ready to eat!
I don't know if any of you have seen the
YouTube segment where the little girl is standing
on the bathroom sink looking in the mirror and she's
declaring all the things she loves. Well I feel that way about
Andrew! I was holding him and thinking in my head; I LOVE YOUR
EARS, I LOVE YOUR MOUTH, I LOVE YOUR HAIR,
I LOVE YOUR CRY, I LOVE YOUR HANDS, I LOVE YOUR
LIPS, I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU, I LOVE YOU, etc etc etc.
You get it!

9 02 10, get it! Andrew is born on 90210!!

Aunt Kendra pointed out that Andrew was
born on 9-0-2-1-0! Here is our precious boy.
He weighs 6 lbs, 10oz and is 20 inches long.
Everything looks great and he is very sleepy today,
but eating great! Which by the way...ouch!
We're all a little sleepy today.

Our little chicken!

Very proud Daddy!

Just waking up.
Uncle Mike doing the Hiesman with our little boy.
Aunt Jaime enjoying a visit with him.
Very proud Nana!
Our little angel praying!
Laboring at home with the help of our fur babies.
Baby Mine!
What a few days we have had. I had contractions
all day yesterday but the patterns started around 3:45pm.
Mike and I got home from work around 5pm and Mike really
started charting the contractions. By 3:30am I was on all fours
telling Mike it was TIME TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL! Right I was.
When I got there I was 4cm dialated and 90% efface! Contractions were
extreme and my epideral came around 6 1/2 dialation. I had about 2 hours
of relief and unfortunatly the epideral wore off by pushing time. But pushing
wasn't so bad cause I could actually use the contraction instead of cursing it!
The whole process was realitively quick. I started pushing around 8:30am
and he joined the world at 10:02 am today! He's wonderful and we have
been so blessed! True love...

39 Weeks and a father's wish come true

Well, this picture speaks for itself. I had my
39 week appointment today and I am almost
3cm dialated and I'm 70% efface. Doc says
I just need 1 more cm to go and some contractions
to boot and we'll be good to go. However, there
have been NO sign of contractions SOOO, we wait.I'm sure you are all aware of Mike's wish to name our
little boy DrewBledsoe (that being a first name) Yasenak.
Well, one of Drew's Uncles was wanting to make that wish
come true for Mike. You'll see what I mean...Go Cougs!
Thank you Uncle Jamie! Let's hope he's a Coug! Don't worry
his birth certificate will read Andrew Manning Yasenak.

Too cute!
